American Cuisine

Who could resist a juicy burger, melted cheese oozing off a charbroiled beef patty, topped with crisp lettuce and mouth-watering tomato slices? What about a premium cut of steak with a side of crunchy potato chips and a garnish of asparagus stalks? There’s also that rack of ribs smothered in a glistening honey-barbecue sauce, or a light, colorful summer salad infused with purple onion rings and crunchy croutons. Food photography has the advantage of allowing the photographer to take still shots, but it doesn’t come without challenges since taking the freshest photos of food, thereby presenting the dishes at their most appetizing, requires a quick equipment setup and an experienced hand.

The American culture is full of rich and colorful diversity. With this comes a stunning array of food preparation and presentation.
